“Van was cheap, cozy, and clean. The line was long to pick the van up and started to make me nervous that it was going to chew through the time I carved out to make my trip, but the cashier was able to crank out reservations so quickly that my anxiety left as quickly as I was able to leave with my van. Needed a vehicle that could haul 4 adult males and equipment and was rented a Kia Carnival. Fit everyone and all the bags very easily. Drop off was even smoother than the pickup. Easy to make reservations, easy to change some options day of the rental, easy to pickup and drop off. I will use this Enterprise location again”

“So let me start by saying this review is long overdue! I would not hesitate to buy another car here. They are straight shooters. I had been looking for a Challenger for months. Almost nothing of what I was looking for was to be found in this great state of Maine. At least until my son spotted one here! So over I went. A young salesman met me in the parking lot. His name was Zack. I talked that poor man's ear off for over an hour! He didn't even care that it was getting so close to closing time. He was absolutely awesome in every way!! They let me test drive, which I really appreciated, because this was not the type of car you let just anybody drive. But they could tell I was serious and they trusted me. That made me feel pretty warm and fuzzy. I needed to think about it overnight. The next day Zack was off, so I spoke with the owner. Again, straight shooter! Also a very nice guy. Seemed very trustworthy. Had to make up my mind, so decided to go with it. Came back and finalized with Zack, which went very smoothly and quickly. Car was washed AND filled with gas! Makes a person change their mind about any hesitation about a smaller dealer. After experiences like this, I prefer them more. More personal. At least this dealer was. So a big thanks to them for helping to make this happen!”

“I rented a 4wd vehicle for a trip to Boston during this latest snowstorm and my customer service was top tier! Emily called me on Friday, knowing my reservation was for Monday which was the day the storm was going to hit. She offerred for me to pick up my vehicle on Friday at no additional charge to make sure I was able to have the rental for the time needed. The rental was clean and the transaction ended up being less than originally quoted. The care Emily has for the work she is doing is unmatched and very valuable. I hope Hertz realizes the great employee they have on hand.”
