We recommend this furniture store for their excellent customer service and quality of the product. My husband and I visited the store and they acknowledged us as we walked in, asking us to look around and let them know if we had any questions. We found exactly what we wanted from a multitude of choices. Paul helped us with the purchase and delivery. He was professional and personable. Our furniture was delivered by Aiden and Luise today and they were super nice and helpful. They even helped remove my old furniture and load it in my truck. Excellent customer service!!
I’m giving a review because this kind of service is so far and in between the normal. Anyone who’s been looking for a new furniture piece should definitely check this store out…you won’t regret it 😃

We went looking at recliners. Everything is cramped and you cannot recline to determine if it is comfortable or not. There was also a strange odor in the store.

Pure hustlers.went in with pocket full of cash to buy a couch.spoke with Paul whom sold me a couch for 750$ 40$ delivered .I offered to give them the entire amount but he said it's better this way to make a 210$ payment then they will take the remainder out of my account for a grand total of 790$ sounds great right...wrong!! They have now rltaken over 1200from me and want more.i went directly in and after playing phone games they have washed there hands.he is now trying to tell me I went through there financial comp.and I was supposed to pay it off in 90 days.what!!? They never said that,have been regularly taking money from my account. It's gone well over 790 agreed priceand they expect 1300 more...for a couch I wanted to buy outright.i have receipt that says 790 TOTAL. This place is a pure rip off.all you get for help is I understand...no,no you dont.you denied full payment solely to benefit your gain with your acima comp. they are liars and thieves.it is now going to litigation and will not be forgotten.never ever do business here ot with the liars and thives that work here.....extremely poor business and customer service....terrible people.

Super friendly, the kids working there were eager to help load up our truck. Excellent inventory and good brands. For a couch for a den, got exactly what we needed. The fellow working the floor was helpful, jolly, and welcoming.

BUYER BEWARE. We bought a couch and recliner from here 4 months ago. The salesmen said it had a 5 year warranty. We noticed very quickly the chair was broken. We called and they said that they would have to order a new one so please send them the information. Months later and multiple phone calls and text and now they say it has been discontinued so no warranty it is what it is. They will not allow me to speak with a supervisor or manager. I have spoke with Ashley Furniture the manufacturer and they said it has not been discontinued and according to the serial number is still covered under warranty. They also refused to give us a copy of the sales receipt and now they wont answer any calls or text. If I could rate this negative stars I would. We just want our chair repaired and it is covered under warranty.
