I'd give zero if I could, they never pick up the phone. Could be the first in the queue and you'll be waiting for over a half hour just to get frustrated enough to show up and see they're not busy or on the phone. Trash

This pharmacy is an effing joke! They give you the run around about filling your scrips and basically have you come back multiple times. I do not recommend this place especially if you are on life saving medications!!!

I text the pharmacy yesterday and today I have not received a text back and now I'm calling I've been on hold for 50 minutes as of rite now, normally I can call and I'm on hold for call and get through within five minutes

I really enjoy CMMC Pharmacy because they are very fast and courteous. I am able to get some of my prescriptions cheaper from them without going through my insurance which is a big help. I highly recommend you try them for yourself.

This pharmacy was bought out by a company recently as of May 2023 and is having “technical problems” so severe that people dependent on meds they cannot just stop, without medical weaning, have been unable to get those controlled substances AT ALL - this is medical negligence! A cliff dive off a ledge is of *serious concern. Their inability to do their job properly could very easily cause hospitalization and or death. Not ok, not cool, and the lack of communication on their part greatly impacts the severity of this company’s shortcomings. Answer the phone! Return a message. Be upfront! Instead they hide behind a phone and refuse to acknowledge whatever RX cliff dive their “technical problems” have created. Very dangerous pharmaceutical company and the patients will absorb the damage. Patients, beware, and be ready to fight for your health with this pharmacy..

The best pharmacy around. Because of that fact being so well known, it can be busy at times but the staff, despite being under the pressure of not so grateful clientele, has always been pleasant and helpful. So glad they are there for our needs!

The manager on duty told me to go to a different pharmacy after myself and multiple people were turned away. Myself and multiple people who had tried calling with no call back, who were out of their medicine, who were told to come back tomorrow or wait over half an hour. One woman had been there three times and her meds still weren’t ready. I submitted a complaint but I won’t be surprised if no one responds. A woman stopped me in the parking lot after to ask if I was able to file a complaint. She said she got the same run around and had to return on two separate trips. My medication was ordered May 11. I called May 16 to see if it was ready. The only option is to leave a message, you can’t get a real person. No one called me back so I went in on May 16 and was told “we’re still working on your prescription. I told them I’d be back the next day. I went in May 17 and was told the same thing. I told them I would wait and they quoted 20-30 minutes. After 30 minutes I went back up to the counter and the person said they weren’t aware of my medication being filled or me waiting. I asked for a manager. He apologized and said I should look at changing pharmacies. I’m in disbelief, this is the second occasion this has happened to me and it’s unacceptable when you’re messing with people’s medicine! People are running out of their medicine and it’s a huge mess!

Since the transition it has been a horrible experience with the new company. NEVER can get through to a person, leave messages that go unreturned. Wrong prescriptions sent. I miss the old company they handled everything 100 % better!
