I made a stupid mistake when I made a payment to my credit card, and yesterday Ashley quickly figured out what I had done and transferred me to Alex who said she would fix the problem. I got a call first thing this morning telling me that the problem was solved. I lost my husband recently, so life has been a bit stressful. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and patience - it's much appreciated. I would also like to thank Karen, the receptionist, and everyone on the second floor who helped me with this painful transition.”
