Extremely rude staff. Both registers closed and no one wanted to help. Difficulty counting change and then gives an attitude because they can’t do their job? I wouldn’t waste my time coming here again just to get an attitude.

I called ahead to ensure they had the frozen mocha available (Auburn had sold out), the employee was rude and replied like I had been a huge convenience for her to answer the phone for a 10 second call. I made a special trip there to get the mocha, o my to have the employee let a customer in and lock the door as I was going up to it. This was at 10:30AM, and the sign stated they’d reopen at 2:00PM. Seriously, I get that everyone has issues getting reliable, honest and willing employees, but this was wrong in so many ways. First, they obviously knew they were closing but said nothing when I called, to be looked at straight on while locking the doors was beyond rude, and to close at peak hours just makes no sense. I will travel to the Sabattus location before I go into this location again. Auburn and Sabattus have courteous employees and have never been rude when I call to see if they have what I’m looking for. I would rather travel an extra 8 miles than deal with this location again. Looking at other reviews, owner/management really need to reconsider the staff they have employed, if they can’t have common courtesy and provide a positive customer experience, they will kill your business.

As a former employee of this establishment, I can certainly tell you this place is much much cleaner than many other gas stations I go to. The staff clean toilets and restrooms at least once every 3-4 days, and even more so. It simply depends on the manager in on that day.I have, on the other hand, had a bit of an issue with how much drama is brought into this establishment. Even before working there, the staff were close, and didn't feel uncomfortable sharing information the public might not want to hear while cups need to be restocked and 2 sodas are empty.On the bright side, many of the staff there are friendly and definitely know what they are doing. One staff member in particular often runs the food alone from about 9 am to 2 pm.If you're looking to go to this Cumberland, here are some things I found very useful:- The staff are FRIENDLY: If you are confused on something, or something has run out, they won't hesitate to help you. I've had to check the back many times because we were out of something.- The food items on the hot plate have expiration times: Often if your pizza taste bad from here, it probably had expired minutes after or before you bought it. Check the time in the bottom right corner! it says what time it was placed down. I don't recommend eating anything older than 1 hour.- They sell much more than food: More recently, they started selling electronics such as charger cables, car adaptors, portable chargers and more.- The sidewalks and roads are very safe nearby: During winter, they add plenty of salt to the concrete and parking lot. They also sweep it and clean it up when needed.

I keep forgetting to give this place a 1 star review. Numerous times I’ve gone in to take a quick pee after fueling up and it’s “see cashier for key.” I always just walk out and seem to forget, but this time I’m not forgetting. Won’t return to this location until I can use the bathroom without asking like a kid in school.

I went to the gas station on Friday 11/11/22 to get some gas. I only put $20 on my tank while using my credit card. Today is 11/13 and I just checked my credit card balance and saw they charged me $100 instead right away I called my credit card company to let them know about the fraud. I am never going back to Main Street Cumberland farm. I usually go to Lisbon and center street and never once had any issues like this before.Beware people and make sure to get a receipt every time you are using the pump.

June 20, 2022 save yourself some time before you travel to this Cumby’s. I understand the labor shortage but when you are posted open 24 hours on the web and 5 AM to 10 PM on your doors yet at 6 AM you’re still not open You are disrespectful to your customers.

Went in to grab a few red bulls, the cashier didn’t even acknowledge me or say a single word to me until the transaction was finished, because she was in the middle of a conversation with one of her friends, after the transaction was completed her friend coincidentally happened to leave the store at the same time, so when I was finally able to get a word in and ask for a bag, she said that it’s going to cost me 5 cents (I don’t keep change on me, and had to use debit) then she had the nerve to tell me “you should’ve asked for a bag before you bought them!” To which I replied “I couldn’t get a word in because you were talking to your friend and didn’t even interact with your customer” I don’t know her name, but she has red hair, piercings, and looks like a goblin from Lord of the Rings. I love Cumbys, but the staff in this store have absolutely no clue what customer service is.
