Everyone is always very friendly. Always willing to go get product if there isn't any on shelf.

Having gone to this store as far back as when it was across the street, I feel it is time to voice my disappointments..Mostly on the weekends, I run into poor customer service..This am(Sunday) I had a unfortunate experience..Anyone who goes, knows that pizzas, sandwiches that are put under the warming light will only be established for so long before turning into a hockey puck...So I will look at the items quality brlefore I choose it..This am the attendant confronted me for doing so, saying once I touch I own it...I cant tell you how many sandwiches, slices of pizzas ive bought that belonged in the trash and I didn't say anything..I refuse to believe her assessment and told her so..I have never had the staff say this...If anything they have offered a fresh product if warranted.. I bought the selection I wanted, but it wasn't appreciated...Poor customer service...It wasn't Maryanne, it was the other one....

Soso this store is horrible and Cumberland farms corporate sucks .A employee on s cond shift at the store ripped up a stimulus check I dropped. They new I was coming back to get it. The employee didn't get fired and they said sorry where not responsible for the check . I can't even believe this it's a federal offense to rip up mail their employee ripped it up I would think this makes them responsible. I am a military veteran I barely get buy and their employee rips up my check and basically say oh well and don't fire him horrible customer service please if you gotta use them do but if don't by all means go to a different store !!!!!!!!

Not a 24 hr store.

This store is t 24 hrs, they don't open until 6 am on a good day. They had 2 out of 8 gas pumps that were in working order/condition. Go the extra few miles down the road to Sabbattus if you're an early riser, want working gas pumps, and excellent service.

June 20–2022. This one says it’s open 24 hours and when I got there at 5:55 AM sure enough it was open unlike their store on Main Street. However the store is quite dirty and there were no hot breakfast sandwiches available. Looks like only one person working the store. The coffee is not bad, and it looks like I am now going to go next-door to the Dunkin’ Donuts for my sandwich

The man that always over night deserves a raise, he is always reliable and very nice! I love being able to grab food late night when nothing else is open!

I had an occasion to use the air pump at this facility, and was told by the attendant her car couldn't be moved - ? I lost my temper and referred to her as a name I shouldn't have, and regret lowering myself to her level and responding in kind. However accurate and appropriate I still find it to be, the she missed the point entirely, i.e., the employees, to my knowledge, should not be blocking access to the air pump for the customers' use. This was obnoxious, inconsiderate and unprofessional behavior on her part but, unfortunately, is so typical.

Cumbies, for those of us who frequent them, or Cumberland Farms for those who are familiar with the brand has evolved over the last several decades. The majority of them, during my teenage and young adult life, were smaller establishments built with brick and had this pale brown color with the Cumberland Farms logo. They only had spots to pump gas and it was a hot spot for those who like to play scratchers. This location started across the street from where it is today as Staff D. pointed out in her review, and bought the land on its current location and upgraded to a Super Cumbies, well they don't call it that, but one could surmise that is what it would be called. They now have twice the number of gas pumps and the store is nearly 3 times larger. They increased the height of the ceiling, added more fridges and a walk-in fridge to browse the number of beers they offer from your typical corporate beers to some locally craft beers. The quality of the food and snack offerings has significantly gotten better and despite some still labeling it as "gas station food", you have to appreciate the rebranding and upgrades they made to the slushy machines, the coffee station as well as a touch screen ordering system to order some of their upgrade menu selection. I personally enjoy the new look and it was a wise move on their part to upgrade because who complains about a 99 cent coffee all day, and everyday. They do have to compete with Dunkin next door to them, but Dunkin does not offer gas and Cumbies does. Stop in and check out the place if you haven't seen it.

I had a bad experience here before the people working here were rude to me. The employees were better when it was the small store across the street.

I came into this store last night and was served by Chris. He was very polite and respectful. While ringing up my order he was friendly and fast. He gave service with a smile. It was my first time coming in this store and I will definitely be back.
