This place does not care about patients. Our pediatrician called in a RX for our son TODAY. They won't fill it bc they say they need to check with the provider for a symptom date!? The doctor called it in today! And now if he doesn't get it today, it will be too late to take it tomorrow! I can't believe the stupidity that comes from this pharmacy!!! Why do pharmacies think they know more than doctors!?!?

Wait time on phone is over an hour with no answer at all. Pretty useless even having a phone line at this point.

Pharmacy is well staffed but very disorganized. Seems to be a lack of training and a bit too much socializing. Customer service is non existent.Think I’ll check Walgreens

Very convenient stop to grab one of almost anything you need. The pharmacy, as with many chain pharmacies the last couple years, has gone severely down hill since their long time pharmacist was forced out in favor of younger, not as highly paid, pretty green pharmacists. The constant stream of difficult customers also has something to do with it as well. Just be nice people...be nice and be patient. Put yourself in their shoes for a moment! Rant over.

Never answers phone. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Pharmacists have no sense of urgency or customer service. I would literally rather go to the DMV

The automated system is horrible and once you make it through, the employees either don't answer or pick the phone up and hang up. I've never seen a pharmacy so incompetent. They even shut down the drive thru so sick and disabled people have to go inside.No one will do anything about this anyways. Wasting my time.

Undoubtedly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They refuse to answer the phone and the manager Rachel should be fired for how she talks to customers. Average wait time is 30 min if you’re lucky. There is no sense of urgency and I’m pretty sure a mentally retarded individual would be a better fit. That’s Lewiston for ya.

2 scripts supposed to be ready together. Called ahead to make sure because I live some distance away. One was ready and the other one will be ready by 2. Get there at 2:30. The line of people waiting was insane because they have to close for lunch and open again at 2. Left came back at 4. I am the 11th person in line. Finally get to the counter. Sorry. Not ready yet and we close at 5. Sorry for the inconvenience. Now I have to come back tomorrow? Ugh...time for a new pharmacy.

I put in a refill and after 3 days still not filled waited 10 minutes in line to be helped and was told going to work on it and waited abot 25 minutes and still nothing. If it wasn't for being really close and drug plan thru work is with cvs i would have stayed with hannaford. Worst customer service i ever seen

I have been trying to talk to someone on the phone about a crucial medication and I've been calling for over a half hour, and no one is picking up. Exhausting trying to get any healthcare in this stupid nightmare of a country.

The worst pharmacy ever. My wife and I had reservations for covid boosters this Saturday. This CVS is a 45 minute drive from our hometown. When we arrived at 4pm for our 4:15pm appointment they informed us that they were "overbooked". They also told us that we should leave since they were closing at 5pm and they could not get to us by 5pm. Evidently they were not only "overbooked" they were not familiar with text, email, or the phone to notify us so we didn't have a wasted and unnecessary trip to their pharmacy.

I literally have my RX with the label clearly stating 1 refill. They refused to fill and told me I didn't have a refill. So now I have to wait all weekend to get my medication. I will never come here again. Be better CVS, you have one job. Following a label that YOU provided shouldn't be a problem.

This pharmacy has no customer service concept at all, the Manager Rachel is rude and obnoxious, she talks over you and does not listen. No people's skills. No wonder the staff look so unhappy, stress and rude. Hearing is the key to great customer service guys. If you don't love your job, move on.

Medicare does not cover my test strips anymore which they did before, which is a CVS test strip
