Andy is a fantastic pharmacist!! Donna who works in the pharmacy, is fantastic as well. These folks hustle hard, and get your prescriptions to you for the lowest cost available. When I’m in Maine, this CVS is the only reliable option! Thanks for being so great you guys!

The pharmacist does not have a grasp on the laws of the state of Maine, and has no problem stating nonsense like it's fact. He is a danger to the community under a veneer of saccharin civility.

I went in to buy one particular product that I needed tonight. I was glad CVS was still open. It was almost 8 pm. Found bandage product immediately because of signage above the aisles. Although did not find the specific item I wanted, found the same item in "Max Hold." Did not need "Max Hold" because original product I was using was staying on just fine. Bought the "Max Hold" because that was what was available, although quantity was 2 less in "Max Hold" package than in original package. When I went to check out, self checkout only was available. Not terribly familiar with this, I was grateful that employee Alice stepped up immediately to offer help. I had $4 coupon on my ExtraCare card that I was able to use at self checkout & was grateful for that as well!

Pharmacy staff is excellent!! I had to transfer a prescription from another pharmacy and they took care of everything I didn't have to do anything but pick up my prescription

Had to pick up my RX during COVD-19. Was already stressed about having to go in, so when I was yelled at to take a basket, I explained I was only going in to get Rx and didn’t need a cart. They would not take no for an answer so I was forced to take a basket, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction to being forced to touch something when I didn’t need to, during a pandemic, I was told by Employee “Karen” to find another place to shop!

When you post a price for an item, you should honor it, period, if not it is 100% false advertising. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I looked past the fact that your cashier never even gave me back my change, but your customer service skills are in serious need of work!! I do not recommend anyone to this “business”

The woman pharmacist who works here is wonderful. No issues with her. But the young gentleman they have working there has the worst time management skills I've ever seen. Had to stand in line for almost 20 min just to pick up (it was already ready). now there are 7+ people So what does he do serves 1 person then says excuse me and runs right back out back. They are ok at filling the order but that is ridiculous, so prepare for when you go to pick up or your gonna be late to whatever your doing after.
