Made an online appointment for a vaccine and experienced a quick check in, associate looked for the best price for the vaccine as I currently do not have insurance. Private area behind a locked door for the vaccine. Associate was very pleasant and helpful and professional.

5 min before closing, one person sees me and says someone will be right with you and 5 people just keeping walking by and no one helps you.

Very rude staff. I pulled up to the window and they did not say one word to me she just opened the window and stared at me.And then told me she couldn’t refill my daughter’s eye ointment unless I paid $300. Went to a different cvs and there was no problem, ready in 15 minutes no cost.

Ashley in the pharmacy went way beyond the call of duty getting me the best price for my prescription. She did all this as the pharmacy was closing for their lunch break, but never acted hassled or made me feel rushed. Was charming throughout.
Employees who deliver this level of service are rare these days. Much appreciated.

I go there every week for my medication and they have been great refilling it and working with my crazy schedule. However, the guy working phones at 130pm 5/12/23 was extremely rude and I was trying to explain a situation and he would not let me talk and anytime I tried to explain myself he would raise his voice higher and a smart remark towards me until he was the only one talking. When I asked please don't talk over me and let me say what I am trying to say he continued to talk and hung up the phone without me getting anything resolved.
