I've been using Ray for my VW, and now Audi, scheduled service and repairs over 40 years. Have always been treated fair and honest. From the stories I hear from others with either other independent or dealer repair shops ... I'm so glad I've always had Cy's Foreign Auto to go to.

I call to try and schedule an appointment for service on my 2010 VW Tiguan he starts off by asking if it’s a 2.0T? I say yes he then proceeds to have a light chuckle and says “Ya I won’t touch it.” Guy runs an Audi/VW shop but won’t work on the 2 most common VW engine.?! What a joke!! Never recommend him terrible customer service!!

Ray is awesome and knows everything about VW and Audi. He always takes the best approach and discusses options with the customer. I as well as one of the guys I work with only take our German autos there. They are very reasonable people and have many local resources to help cutomers.
