My husband ordered a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries from Ella’s chocolates and not only did it take her 5 days for a local delivery but the strawberries had visible mold on them and were so mushy that I couldn’t even eat it. I requested a refund, we’ll see if I actually get one !!

A friend had a box of chocolates delivered for my birthday and they were delicious - esp. the peanut butter balls! I am also impressed with their customer service. They made sure I was home and did not just leave the box on the porch to make sure the chocolate did not melt. So grateful - thank you!
