Refused to deposit a check that was meant for mobile deposit. The mobile deposit wouldn’t work so I went into a this branch as I normally do when this happens and this time the teller refused to do it. They helped me before when mobile banking wasn’t working, but this teller Makala wouldn’t do it and smirked at me the whole time. What a gem.

Every branch I go to, there's at least one employee who seems really annoyed to be doing their job. This location specifically has one teller who I honestly dread interacting with when I have to go inside. When originally setting up my account they neglected to include my apartment number so I wasn't getting my mail. Another problem I had was, my card had a fraudulent charge so I called and the lady said they stopped it, but it still came out. Now I'm without a credit card for the last month and my credit has taken a small hit. Small but huge to me, I'm not wealthy and my credit is everything. Walking in today the usual woman I dread, told me once again they have none to issue and didn't seem to care by the fact my credit was taking a hit. Closing my account, done dealing with this company. Train your staff to show humility or move them to the office. So unprofessional.

This credit union has done nothing for me. I have applied for loan products and been denied even with fair credit and good income and work history. The ATM are often down. The customer service has been substandard most of the time. The last straw was when I made an ATM deposit and it ate money and crashed in the middle of the deposit, then the tellers couldn't access the money to fix it because it was a Saturday and they needed the codes from someone that wouldn't be in until Monday. With so many other options for banking in the area I don't see the need to give them chances any longer. Take your business elsewhere!!!

absolutely the worst possible option. they lie about the accounts, hide fees an abilities. the attitude they have typically doesn't help either.

Courteous, friendly, and have gone out of their way to secure loan funding on multiple occasions. Been doing business with FCCU for over 10 years.

I always recommend fccu until recently. i refered my son for a loan and the process was unacceptable and involved 5 different people over several days, wrong information, lost paper work etc. 5 days to close a loan you were preapproved for is not okay. try to speak to a supervisor and am told no one is in charge of loans. when finally spoke to VP she was very cold and didn't really care that there was significant issues. recently had to dispute a credit card charge was given wrong info by two people. there was no follow up by the credit union to say it was wrong and paper work did not go thru. there has been a ton of turn over lately. i would be skeptical to recommend to anyone at this point.

They charge you 10 dollars a month for being dormant. Not a good place to save and keep money.
