SO hot last night, and the AC was broken and the obstacle course was closed. and it seemed like two of the workers kept following us. overall it was fun expect for the heat. get them acs working please

I am scared every time my kids are here but they always have a total blast and beg to come back. We definitely will be back and I will still be scared (what if a big kid jumps on top of my little kids?) but maybe it’s just me… I mean, the place is great, really. 😅

Me and my family come every year and this was the worst it’s been. No Air conditioning at all. I recommend this place on a cooler day. We were supposed to stay for 2 hours and didn’t even stay for 1. That’s how bad the heat in this place was.

Don't waste your time or money. the staff are not friendly and act like your bothering them when you have a question or concerns even when you've spent far to much money on a birthday party (won't ever do that again) which i gathered was because they dont actually know what the procedures are for checking in a party we got different answers from different employees that then denied what they had said. Theres also no AC or even fans to circulate air in the building and on a 85 degree day it ended up hotter inside than outside.
Never again.

Visited this location on 7/3/25 around 6:30pm on a warm day trying to escape the heat and do something fun with my kids and the AC was not on. I walked the perimeter of the building and noticed all the thermostats were off (so I could verify the temp) but it felt like it was at least 80 degrees in there. I spoke with the front desk and addressed this concern and they said there was nothing they could do.
This place has had several problems in the past but I think this was our last attempt. We will not be returning and even though this location is 2 mins from our house, I’d rather travel to the Portland locations to avoid this place.

Went to visit about 45 minutes before closing today and the doors were locked at 8:15 even though the park closes at 9. As we were leaving a pleasant employee asked if we wanted to jump, once we agreed we walked inside where we were "greeted" by a short woman with grey hair, glasses & piercings with a "what's the problem"? Not a hi how can I help you or anything a normal person would say when greeting a potential customer. I asked if we could jump, and she said there was a two-hour minimum (which we would have paid if we were given the option even though there was about 40 minutes left). This woman's whole energy and vibe was very negative, made us feel like we were a burden of some sort when realistically we were two adults looking to jump around for 30 minutes if that. Don't understand why you guys have such an unpleasant individual working in a very customer facing friendly environment. Don't think I will be returning anytime soon.

Nice place. Seems bigger, less crowded, and cleaner than Urban Air. My 3 year old had a blast. Will definitely come back.

Such a fun place for adults and kids to play as a family. Huge indoor park with creative and interactive building, slide, obstacles and more!
