“This is a great gym in any area. The sport can be intimidating, but when there are real people willing to teach you, it becomes much easier to start. I moved away from Auburn, but I still remember this place and proudly wear the gym’s logo. I’m grateful they gave me the chance to begin in a sport that brings me so much joy. I wish I could still attend this gym, but I will always encourage everyone to give it a try—they are genuinely kind people.”

“This is a great gym. It has everything you need. The equipment, the amenities, people who are supportive and helpful, even quick protein for post workout. It has a sauna, it’s has a large locker room with showers. Even things like an In house massage therapist, in house gym doctor, trainers, classes, shoot there’s even a couch you can sit and relax for a minute or your kids can chill while you get in a workout. 24/7 access and good rates, worth every penny. Love it. The only thing that I would suggest is a makeover, maybe taking the time to buff out some of the scratches (so to say). It’s not necessary for me to do what I need the gym for(physical and Mental strength) and I realize that this takes a long time and may intrude on some of the users workout regiments. Just a suggestion from someone who wants to support and reciprocate the love that I get from the gym and its owner. Thanks!”
