My husband and I rent from jmc storage and sinse day one they have been very accommodating very easy to do business with, affordable , storage units are very clean and in a good area. I would refer them to anyone needing a storage unit.

I’ve spoken to a specific staff member every month and she’s extremely helpful, supportive, and understanding to my situation whenever I’m behind. We talk things out and handle them reasonably. And it’s very affordable! Plus everything is online and easy to access:)

Not only where they helpful in the beginning of me moving into the unit and decently priced but they are One of the most understanding business that I have ever delt with. Compassionate towards my situation ?? I'm forever extremely grateful.I would definitely utilize their company again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND it for anyone who needs to use a there type of services.

Facility is very clean and secure with cameras and gate. User friendly website. Everything can be handled online. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Horrible customer service, got told by the receptionist I would be refunded, only to be told by the owner they would not actually do that. Never even actually moved a single item into the unit and paid for 3 months. Owner told me "no one would have told you something like that" yet I have the text message and email confirming it.Zero stars..... save the headache. Use someone else. Everything was a nightmare from renting the unit originally to the horrible customer service.
