Very responsive. Get your receipt on the spot. Have asked 3 times and still nothing. Need it for my insurance, my only proof is when they charged my card.

Karl was a HUGE help to us when we got our 26’ moving truck stuck in the mud. He was on time, friendly, and professional. Karl pulled our moving truck out of the mud very quickly and then helped us turn it around to make sure we did not get the truck stuck again. Karl, thank you so much for your help and alleviating our stress after such a stressful moving process! Highly recommend Leonard Heavy Rescue.

UPDATE: I was able to get my receipt for insurance purposes, so I'll add another star.Although they were quick enough to respond for my jump start, the payment process seemed weird... guy just wanted me to read my card number, etc out loud as he typed the info into his phone. Seemed odd to not have the capture device.Then I told them I would need an actual invoice (as opposed to the basic Square one I got) showing the company name and type of vehicle in order to to be reimbursed by my insurance company... Two days and about four calls later and I have as yet to receive one. I sure hope I don't have to pay $100 out of pocket because I can't get a full receipt.

Terrible tow company. They kept saying they will be here to tow me in in a hour. 5 hours later they said they can't come. What company treats people like this.

Called for a tow and guy said he'd see what he could do, he'd call me right back. Well 45 minutes later I call them back and get told no ones available! That's LOUSY service.

I drove 3 hours with my kids to visit my grandparents, one who had passed. I stopped by the cemetery and thought the snow wasn't deep so I drove my suv through it. Not only did I get stuck but I got stuck stuck . After swallowing my pride I called for a tow. A very nice man named Matt showed up to save the day. He was very nice and even showed my son the ins and out of the tow(my son loved this!!). Matt got us out and went on his way after assuring we were safely back on the road. I can not thank him enough!!!

My EV ran out of juice a half mile away from a charger. This was the only tow company to ever even offer me mobile charging. Nissan Leafs ? are not the best EVs out there. My car had a problem with the mobile generator charging not working (which could be due to either a built in safety feature, the battery being too low, or not having a 240 adapter).The person who responded to our call was very patient and ended up having to tow our car to a charger. I've had companies even refuse to tow my car because they're not familiar with EVs. Our responder was very knowledgeable and always on top of how to make the best decision to service the vehicle including best ways to push it easily while in neutral to a charger parking spot. Thoroughly impressed with this place of business and will seek them out should the need arise in the future and recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much for everything.

Excellent company, very professional and did a great job, in a bad situation,

They went above and beyond, for us to retrieve our personal items out of our vehical, we are from Canada and wasn't able to get back till the weekend, and the allowed us access no question asked, even though it was midnight when we arrived,

We Experienced an untimely accident with our Motorhome in rural Maine. Leonard’s Towing were promptly at our service! The driver was extremely knowledgeable in removing our vehicle without further damage incurred. He was very kind and reassuring during a difficult situation. Would Highly recommend this tow service!
