AMAZING!! Beautiful, clean studio! The classes are abundant and include a wide variety of yoga options. Instructors are very good and welcoming all levels to classes and offering options.

About The Sanctuary
We are a wellness studio offering aerial yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, hatha yoga, private yoga classes, private yoga parties and corporate yoga. Our wellness services include customizable foot soaks with essential oils, herbs and scrubs, foot reflexology, (corporate sessions too), hand reflexology, thai bodywork, reiki, cupping & scraping, infrared sauna, sound healing and retreats.
