I dropped off a window for repair simple job will be ready the end of the week, they say, week later called called and not done .lady transferred me to someone who doesn't answer and she comes back on and the window now will be 1 week or 2 l asked why she said last week she doesn't know wants to transfer me back to the person that didn't answer to find out why so long. I asked if she could just go and find out what's up she refused. Great customer service you will not get there. I already know why because lm not important enough 1 window customer. But l know now never will go back l had heard about there lousy customer service. I only went there because they would have it done sooner what a joke.

This was not my first time utilizing their services. I build/assemble acrylic display cases for my collection and Portland glass is my source for those component pieces. Every order is perfectly cut and sized to my specifications and orders are completed well ahead of their estimates. The staff is very knowledgeable and a joy to work with. I absolutely recommend their services for anyone.

They were able to fit me in pretty quick and when they found a rust hole where the windshield needed to seal to the car they called me to tell me about it and then every tried helping to find a body shop to take care of it! Excellent service, super helpful, and overall fantastic experience.

Had my windshield replaced at the Lewiston location they broke my windshield wipers and never said a word. I didn’t notice till the first rain storm. Management supposed to call and make it right. Never received the call.

Excellent job by the technician who replaced my windshield. He carefully transferred all stickers on the old windshield to the new one. Beyond expectation.

They got my Jeep in within a couple of days to replace the front windshield and recalibrated the advanced safety systems. My Jeep was back to good-as-new the same day and they left it nice and clean.

My cracked windshield on my Chevy Trax was replaced by Portland Glass of Lewiston on 1/10/2025. A rock hit it on the Maine Turnpike. They were great at getting it done in one day and did a great job.

Great service great people. Kathy and chris went above and beyond making sure I was updated on my service. They also got me in 2 days earlier due to a cancellation they had. Highly recommend!
