“4pm on freezing cold day today . I witnesses most selfless act a person can give in the winter. The lady wouldn't take my help but this postal worker didn't take no for an answer .I wasn't either. I was about to call police to get her warm .but then I watched what barely anyone was willing to do for someone they don't know . Got her warm ,got her feed ,got her water . And another person trying get her to shelter . It doesn't matter what we do in this life. No one deserves to freeze to death or lose limps to frost bite. I hope he knows he did more than help this woman .”

For some reason it was not left at her door but the man that I spoke to over the phone was incredibly polite and helpful. He said he would contact the carrier to resolve the problem and the parcel was left at her door the following day. Many thanks from a grateful mom.”

I recently moved and something messed up with forwarding my mail. I stopped in and the man working behind the counter was so, so nice and helpful.
