Although all my med are supposed to be auto renewal they never do them! Went without my psych meds for over a week and ended up at the psych ward. Meds supposedly to be done yesterday were not and although I NEED them there is no pharmacist in today so screw ME! Definitely changing them asap!

Called in a prescription on Monday am..System it would be available the following after 10am..Went to pick it up Friday( 4 days later.) The drive thru looked and had nothing in the system..Said she put it in and it would ready in a little while..I live up the street..No updates all day for pick up...Called and it said the pharmacy is closed...Saturday, it says its closed!!!!...My med is for my heart...What b.s!!!!

Terrible pharmacy, I’ll never go back . I waited in line for 30 minutes for the lady to tell me she wouldn’t help me because I was in the wrong drive thru line . If they have a lane they don’t use they should put a sign up . I’ll never go to the Walgreens on sabattus st in Lewiston again

Was just there and was yelled at and treated like garbage as well as accused of stealing and wouldn't let me prove I didn't steal anything..... if I could I would give them

If you tell my prescription won’t be ready in 10 minutes do not tell me it will be ready in 10 minutes. Do not tell me it will be ready in 10 minutes then let me sit twiddling my thumbs for an hour.

My Doctor called in my prescription at 530 I went to the pharmacy at 630 to get it. They told me it wasn't ready that it would be ready in like 45 minutes. My prescription was not ready. I called at 7:55 PM. They close at 8. They wouldn't let me in the store to pick up my prescription. So I can start my medication for my pneumonia

Called the pharmacy at 7:49 sat on hold until 8:01 to have someone pick the phone up and hang up. I could hear talking and then my call ended. I was trying to find out about a drug interaction.

Been trying to rx filled for 3 weeks now. Calls take around 2 hrs, I usually get disconnected around the 2 hrs mark and need to start again. Been trying to speak to someone since 9am today. I'm on the 2nd round on hold. I've clocked around 10 hours of my time. I need my medicine. This is wrong. I was told by their customer service I could maybe try Rumford pharmacy. Um no! So who pays the bill when people start dying or getting really sick from not having their meds?

I had no idea this store was on strike and I had my medicine ordered through there. I waited and called and got through to no one. I had surgery and needed those meds. Normally when there is strike, a notification is sent to customers informing them so that this situation doesn't happen to people who really need their medications.

My 72 year old mother was told to come in today for her vaccine. She drove all the way there to be told you didn't have it. Shame on you!!! This is unacceptable.
