I have been bringing my beautiful long haired cat to them. They listen to how I'd like her to be groomed, clean her ears and are careful when they clip her claws. She's an apartment kitty, so she keeps herself clean but long haired cats need at least a butt cut regularly. I'm so glad I found them.
