I made an appointment to have my winter tires mounted and balanced. I went in and they were incredibly busy and more customers would come in about every 10 minutes. I dealt with a few different staff members and all were very helpful and pleasant.

I called to see about checking one of my tires was losing air slowly. I needed an appointment an they set me up for a 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Nathan from the service department called and ask if I minded changing my appointment to 4 cause they were super busy. No problem. Then around 3:10 called to see if I wanted to come in earlier because had cancelations so I did so. When I got there Nathan was so nice and kind took my vehicle right away found the problem and explained what he did. He saved my tire! Truly a nice and kind young man with great service. I'd recommend Tire Warehouse to anyone but to be able to have Nathan as your service manager. Not to many places you can go and have such great service! I highly recommend! Thank you Nathan and Tire Warehouse!

Tires not in stock but order/delivery very quick. Ease of setting up appt. Arrived for appt took me right in. Very quick and efficient. Remembering me by name is a huge plus for me. Shows they are listening. I've been a long time customer. Will remain so with this awesome service. I will also add, while waiting a call came in about pricing to have 1 tired mounted etc. Customer was not happy about price and argued they could do it cheaper and what it use to cost. Employee handled the call with excellent customer service and respect to the caller. AWESOME!

Being in a professional car service as a detailer their service was outstanding, very helpful and attentive to the customer. A small business owner that we are is great to support each other respectfully and extremely helpful to the community. They do remarkable job.

Following two alignment services, the front wheels continue to exhibit negative camber. Given the recent expenditure of $600.00 on four new tires, and the subsequent need for replacement of two due to unsatisfactory service, further expenses for new tires are not acceptable. An additional appointment has been scheduled at the Auburn location to address the substandard work performed at the Lewiston location.

Had a 11am appointment at the Lewiston Maine store showed up a little early the appointment before me was a no show. Trevon and Koree got me right in they went right to work and worked very well as a team. I asked them to check a few things when they had the tires off and they did. They also taught me a few things about some of the wear on the tires. They had all 4 tires changed in less than a hour. It was very refreshing to know how well they know their job and how professional they were thanks guys and great job.
