Special thanks to Ricky for this past weekend. He helped my son and I out of a jam Friday. He is a wonderful representative for your company. Great customer service!! Chris Tracey was excellent!! Very informative and helpful, my boyfriend changed to this cell phone company and I transferred onto h is account with no problems at all, there is another Chris that works there and he is excellent as well!!

Ricky at the Sabattus St. store was AMAZING!! He met with me and my husband and gave us the info on everything we were looking for. No pressure to buy when we said we were looking, and offered up his number for any future questions. He was friendly, patient, and so knowledgeable. I work in retail and his level of customer service and commitment is hard to find these days. We appreciated him so we went back to purchase our new phones with him. We won’t go anywhere else from now on. Thank you Ricky! Give this man a raise and lots of recognition.

I was in there today and the ladie that helped me was really good. She was patient with me and explanined my bill to mne. I only go to this store. I travel 25+ minutes to see them

Certain staff members at this location are very unprofessional. Went in to pay my bill and the woman is texting while taking my information down. Something that should’ve taken 15 mins took almost an hour and when I called to see what the delay was, the same woman I dealt with in the store answered and she’s chewing food in my ear while being condescending..definitely will stick with the Auburn location from now on.

I have been a US Cellular customer for years always doing my business at the Center Street location. On Monday August 22 I decided to go to the US cellular location on Sabattus Street. The sales associate that waited on me was very helpful, very personable and kind. I would rate the experience a 5 star! The best type of advertisement is by mouth and I will be for sure recommending the Sabattus Street location! Thank you Rick for the great service!
