As a former employee of FedEx, I honestly expected better.I've now waited over 3 weeks for a phone from my mobile carrier. A representative from Via One Services speaking on behalf of enTouch Wireless assured me that the mobile device & SIM I had been waiting for were in fact shipped & waiting at this FedEx location as of October 4, 2023.I arrived at this facility with my state ID but no tracking number due to the fact that Via One Services never provided me with one. The interaction between the Fedex employee & me was both disappointing & frustrating.The person not only intentionally made me wait after her colleague disappeared when I walked through the door but then checked only one shelf briefly before declaring that my item was not inside the facility. I was told by the employee who was stifling their laughter that I should call the shipper to ask what happened to the item, despite them knowing that I was at the location to pick up a mobile device.Racism manifests itself in many ways but appears to be a consistent Phoenix trait.If you're looking to use this location during your MLB fan experience, I strongly suggest against it.Overall, this place is not the best place to go if you're of African descent. There are other locations that value not only your business but will also treat you in a respectful manner.As you can see from my other reviews, I have not had the most pleasant experiences lately. However! At great personal risk to myself, I write these reviews based on my experiences so that others will benefit from the experiences that I have. I encourage others to SPEAK UP! Your voice can assist others in avoiding potentially detrimental situations, & as always, do your own research!
