“Hello, on August 19th my husband and I attended a burial ceremony at the Veterans Cemetary. Upon leaving we took a right to return home to North Hampton NH...and got crazy lost as out cell phone couldn't get a map.
We stopped at your post office in Shapleigh ME and I spoke with Kayleigh who gave me detailed directions to get us on the the right track.
Kayleigh is such a friendly and compassionate person and I wanted to give her kudos for a job well done.

“The folks working this little country post office do all they can, but it's not reasonable to expect them to remind you to tell your friends to be expecting a package like the one person complains about, and anyone who uses the automatic service which is supposed to tell you by email when you've got something waiting at the post office and sometimes even displays a photo of what it is, *should* know by now that service doesn't work most of the time and is largely useless. What you *can* do instead of running down to the post office every day to check, if you're expecting something important, is to call them and ask, and my experience has always been that they're courteous and helpful in checking for you and saving you the trip. Five star Post Office easily!”
