The guy working the counter on Friday June 28, 2024 at around 5:30pm is ridiculous & quite honestly a jerk.
Two 35 almost 36 year old adult women tried purchasing alcohol and one woman had her ID and he tried to say that state law requires both to have ID, which is inaccurate after looking up the state law. He was literally being difficult just to be difficult.
Do better. There was no reason for him to be like that other than to be controlling. We walked out without purchasing anything at all simply due to the fact that this guy was being a jerk. He tried telling us "Maine law" this and Maine law that. Honestly I could have grabbed my ID but it was the principle of it all. We know we don't look under 30, we're not stupid.
Like I said I even put my other items back because I'm not going to give a place business that treats people like that. I looked up "Maine law" maybe he should too.

My husband and I are regulars at this store. Always really friendly service and the store is always very well stocked. We are a big fan of the sip and save club they have at this location.

Almost every time I go here, the prices come out much higher than the sticker price. I let it go the first couple times but now after months of it still happening its unacceptable. For example, I went to buy eggs and the sticker said $3.85 for the dozen, but as soon as they were scanned it rang out at over $6 each. Two dozen eggs and a small bag of m&ms totaled $16. Pay attention to the sticker price and what it rings out to at the counter.

I went to buy a 6 pack of beer and the inbred behind the counter asked for ID. I gave him my driver's license and this guy asks for a second form of ID, because my license is out of state. Real crimefighter.

the people were extremely helpful and the nicest people I've met in Maine. I was lost and they went out of there way to help me find my way. The pizza was actually very good for circle k. If you stop in tell Aly Bob says hi.
