About The Edge
The Edge is a top notch resort on the Maine coast, providing an amazing and beautiful experience that exceeds expectations. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking ocean views from many rooms, particularly in the hilltop building which offers elevated vistas and walk-out balconies. Accommodations are spacious, clean, very comfortable, and well-appointed, exactly as depicted. Guests can enjoy an overflowing infinity pool that is fabulous and class, along with a jacuzzi and sauna. There is a nice path leading down to the ocean, where a variety of adornack chairs and lawn chairs are perfect for lounging. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and very good, featuring made-to-order omelets, apricot almond scones, blueberry pancakes, and French toast, all prepared with fresh, local produce. Box lunches are also available and of excellent quality. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and professional, offering a warm welcome and treating guests like royalty, quickly meeting all requests. The location is great for exploring the mid-coast, serving as a perfect base for visiting nearby Camden, which has a chill feel, or for drives to Acadia National Park. With its inviting atmosphere, many facilities, and comfortable sitting rooms, this true gem is a home away from home where it is hard to leave, ensuring guests plan to return.
A friendly welcome, excellent room and very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Stunning views out t the ocean. And lots of facilties (like the swimming pool) which we didn't use but looked great. And a grea location for exploring the Maine coast.

This Inn is delightful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was fantastic. Very clean, big and comfortable. The view from the balcony was stunning. Breakfast was delicious each morning as well as the coffee. Plenty of seats to relax and take in the beautiful views! We will be back!

We just had a wonderful, small family celebration at The Edge. The location, right on the shore of Penobscot Bay, is stunning; the property is gorgeous and well manicured. The facility is well laid out, user friendly and offers a wide variety of options for use. I would use The Edge again in a heartbeat!
