Horrible service ? 9 day holds on all checks deposited on the first 30 days for new members. Never communicated . Spoke to vp today told me I could close my accounts and go some place else. Completely rude and doesn't care about clients . They all definitely need training that's for sure.

My wife has 2 accounts and every few months she gets overdrafts. But shes not using the card for her account. This place is in unbelievable in a bad way. If you get any overdrafts for pennys you get a $30 charge. Ands that's poor customer service. So my said she's had it with this place. We did the math on all of the mystery charges and in a 5 your time they have taken $1800.00. this place takes your money and doesn't tell you you have an overdraft untill there's nothing you can do about it. SUCH A TRASHY WAY TO DO THING. DONT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS NOT WORTH THE LOSS OF MONEY AND FOR SURE NOT WORTH THE STRESS

They charge you 10 dollars a month for being dormant. Not a good place to save and keep money.

Absolute love working with this credit union. The fact that most of the branches keep later hours, than typical institutes, is a life saver for someone like me who typically works during regular business hours. No atm fees and the tellers are always willing to help me out and answer questions I may have. I feel like I should insert cheesy commercial reference here. My name is Roxanne, and I love my credit union.
