“I am posting this review about the OXFORD store location (on the Auburn site because the Oxford store not listed on Yelp directory?). I hosted a Maine wedding in August 2021 and the Oxford store Manager, Troy, was excellent throughout the planning and execution phases of the event. He was courteous, professional, thorough and detail oriented; on top of being a personable and likable guy! Could not recommend more highly. Selections of beer, wine and liquor were broad, prices were fair and customer service from Troy was top shelf.”
“I had 2 regular sized bags and was behind people with alot of bags. A worker, who was headed to lunch saw me and cashed me out before leaving for his lunch break. I think that was very kind of him!!”
“This was the Topsham store and I had a really nice experience with a very nice young man that worked there. I was parking my car and Brandon noticed my handicap tag hanging from my rear view mirror and he was corralling carts. And before I got out of my car, he offered me a cart and was very friendly and nice with a kind smile. He made my day!! Sadly though, when I went to check out and pay for my groceries, my cashier wasn't as friendly. I won't mention her name but she never smiled nor looked at me and acted like I was bothering her. I won't go through her register again and I will avoid her. Lastly, I wanted to praise about my interaction with Brandon to a store manager or someone in charge, but the young woman I got seemed frazzled and like she wasn't interested in what I had to say so I walked away very disappointed. But Brandon was awesome and Hannaford should appreciate having such a nice caring person working for them!!!”
“This place is convenient for its location for sure ..the area it’s located at may be a lil rough for some that don’t know the area well ..but from what I seen as well as experienced every time I go their is the staff/workers area very decent people to everyone..they know must of their customers greatly or at least the treatment reflects that .. very cool to see that some businesses have that family kinda feeling they treat all theirCustomers like their the most important clients around ..some people may not have any people in their world that cares enough to ask about their day but this store does that ..very cool to see that people are still friendly to everyone that enters this location as they do ….”
