Went in to check on an insurance policy and the guy behind the counter was straight up useless . Told me that I would have to contact Google to get a factory replacement and refused to help with the policy after calling Verizon customer service I was able to get it resolved without contacting Google .

I had a big mess going on with my Verizon account and nobody seemed to be able to fix it ,but the store manager Tammy never gave up on fixing the problem.She made a few calls and spent a lot of time on it and she made everything right she went above and beyond thank you Tammy Michelle Pelletier

I wasn't impressed. I hear about Verizon having great reception but this store had an employee who didn't impress me. (maybe overworked but also not friendly ) When we came in, someone walked into the office and said, "there is a customer waiting". The woman from behind closed doors said, "the customer can wait a minute".....another few minutes and our service tech came out.The purchase we were making was for a new phone..(price for about a grand)..bought with no mention that we needed a different charging plug.. so off we went with no way to know that the original apple plug wouldn't work. Nor was there any mention that the apple watch, purchased at what appears to be a great deal, had a way of charging. Again, no plug. The employee also told me the otter box cover I purchased at $60 was actually better than the one I bought with my IPHONE 12 a couple months ago. Mine has the inner plastic snap cover with protective shields to keep dust and dirt out, plus the shield over the glass and another outer rubber cover and a belt clip. The new phone?? Has one cover on the outer shell, no shield, and no little covers .....no dust/dirt protection, no glass protection. Someone explain to me how that is better?? And at the same price I paid. $60.....Nope. Not impressed. Bad day?? Overworked?? I also wasn't impressed when I heard that the employee hadn't had lunch and the female voice from the back said that they just couldn't go then if they were busy....(paraphrased) I don't remember the exact wording but no lunch stands out as does the thought of OSHA.Not impressed....there are laws..... employees get lunch.....We were there around 4pm. Lunch should have been brought in/provided. ...breaks are a necessity.YES, I know we are busy and overworked....but please don't take it out on people coming in who are also busy, overworked and living on a tight budget. NOT impressed with Apple not providing a charger....that's just common sense.. As is employees letting customers know that they need to buy one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Connor was knowledgeable, was able to quickly fix my phone when I accidently set it factory reset, knew the offers available to me for a phone upgrade and was prompt with being able to service me on both visits.

I would like to state that the service that I received from Daniel at Russel Cellular Lisbon Falls,ME was very professional and efficient!I spent 2hrs trying to communicate to a digital no name! Thanks to Daniel My visit to Russell Cellular was less than 5mins. I will be using their services again!

This place has been poor I was told when I got my 2 phones my bill will go down after they were paid off it has not it has been going up and I ask for help from them in lisbon falls and they tell me they can't help me I have to call customer service that is bs because the office in topsham is more than happy to help me I guess that is where I am going

Connor was great! He was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He answered any questions that I had and explained it in a way I could easily understand. You need more people like him. Other rep in the store was very polite and professional too.
