My small packages keep getting delayed because the driver reports the mailbox is full, even though I’ve made sure it’s empty. They have done for almost a week at a time and I have to go in and ask where my stuff is.

Failed to deliver a package for unknown reasons. Than didn't attempt to redeliver or leave a pickup notice. Question, who gets 1.5 hours for lunch?
