Wow this Mr. B is apiece of work. He actually asked my mom who she voted for this last election. N he didn’t like the answer n refused to work on vacuum. If u hate who someone voted for don’t ask in the first place. Rude, obnoxious n very unprofessional. In fact disgusting.

Brought in non-working motor from older whole house vac. Ray was able to source and install new motor and chip board. Vac works like new! Pleasure to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. Fairly priced. Would recommend to anyone.

There are other places to buy pellets. I prefer to spend money locally and have someone help me load them into the car. Walmart, Lowes or Sam's club don't offer that service.

Super helpful in renovating a 40 year old Electrolux vacuum for about $200. Electrolux rep had told me machine was toast and dangerous and he tried to push us into buying a new one got $2500. If you believe in repair rather than replacement (to save money and the planet), we need more folks like Bernier's
