I will never go to this place again I would give them zero starts if I could I needed to get a secondary phone replaced they told me you can't buy the phone outright you need to go with a new add at least four more lines huge amounts of money for phones you don't need ended up calling presque Isle main US cellular factory store they were furious I'm able to buy the phone out right there but never go to this place when I got my a15 from these guys it was a used floor model they're not professional they're not courteous they won't help you they are thieves every phone I've had from them has problems from this agency it's best to go down to presque Isle then deal with these ones in madawaska they are the most unprofessional agent ever

Customer service poor agents are just there to sell you a phone and to take your money if your prepaid don't buy the phones you cant return them last time I shop there!!!!
