I was not informed of the reconnection fee on my bill. I was then told I had to deal with it in those exact words. If there was anyone else that offered internet service in Farmington I would be switching but they know they have us stuck. I now have a $70 bill on a fixed income because of this fee. Unacceptable and poor customer service!

The worst provider I've ever had. I pray every day that a reliable provider moves to the madison area and puts these leeches out of business. Bad pricing, bad customer service, week long respond times, truly the epitome of a 1 star business.

The Internet is very fast and reliable for a competitive rate. The people are very nice and helpful.I wish cable TV was less than $100 but I'll definitely enjoy the Internet

Beeline just sucks in general they never tell you when Internet is going down for maintenance they also say there the best when in reality there internet is slower then molasses there customers support is something to laugh at half the time there company just sucks over all

Most underrated service in central maine. Cannot understand why their ratings are so low? Been a customer for 3 years, I’m from Connecticut originally and had comcast. I paid for 1gbps with Comcast and I get faster speeds with beeline at half the paid for rate. They are awesome

My girlfriend has them as an internet provider, all weekend she's had nothing but problems, the internet just keeps disconnecting and reconnecting at random. Nothing from the company saying there would be outages or maintenance so there is no reason for it. It's stressing her out because she can't get her school work done or even just watch videos online to relax. She called the company and they gave her the runaround about needing to get a technician out, but didn't set up a date. Pretty messed up to be paying for services you're not receiving.

I've had the best luck with Beeline over the past several years, and any time something does happen and ive needed to call, the customer service is wonderful. Definitely care about addressing the issue at hand and promptly fixing it. Very personable.

I went in to explain my cable TV problem, we set up an appointment and tech came out, had it fixed in less than 15 minutes.

Beeline has a monopoly in my area on wifi and cable. They don't seem to care one bit that their WiFi is disconnected for no legitimate reason and for AT LEAST several hours every day. Today is Sunday. The only day I get to sit and relax and watch football. I'm watching the Patriots on my phone, using up my data, while paying full price for wifi. I have called several times in the last 6 months. I don't even get an apology, let alone the discount that I shouldn't have to ask for. Thanks beeline. Thanks for being the worst kind of service "provider". And thanks for ruining my Sunday afternoon.
