I mentioned it to the cashier checking me out and she was extremely friendly and made sure that I was taken care of. This level of customer service is rare these days and it is refreshing to see a company that cares about their customers.An example of a good company is not what they do when everything goes right it's how they handle situations when things go wrong. “I have to agree with Staff D.'s review as this location is a modern version that has catered to small-town needs. This Hannaford is conveniently located along Route 4 in Turner and when traveling between Lewiston/Auburn and Livermore Falls, it's a convenient stop especially when deciding on what to make for dinner. It might seem small in nature, but it's packed full of multiple aisles containing nearly everything you need. The parking lot is small and can become congested with only one way out (two ways in), so if you don't have patience during high traffic times, don't stop here. The store itself is very well maintained, clean, offers self-checkout and Hannaford To-Go for those who prefer to order online and pickup. The deli section has many options and their hot foods for on-the-go pickup meals has a number of options from fried and popcorn chicken, to potatoes, roasted chickens and stuffed finger rolls with everyone's holiday favorite flavors of chicken salad, ham salad and egg salad. Overall, I was impressed with this location in quality of products, availability of products, bakery, deli, cleanliness, leadership and customer service. It's my go-to when on the road traveling back and forth between the cities. Stop on by and check it out for yourself.”

“I just wanted to say and make it known the technician Melinda was either coming back from break or just showing up to her shift and the FIRST thing she did was acknowledge me which is way more then Jade and Robin did. I sat in the drive thru for 5 mins rang the bell and Jade and Robin couldn’t even be bothered to look in my direction horrible customer service at least a 1 minute sign would have been nice I get your short staffed and over worked but please don’t take that out on your customers so thank you Melinda for helping me and being kind you truly showed customer appreciation you were polite to my toddler in the back seat who was over waiting. Walgreens please know it’s the Melinda’s who make our experience better and the reasons we come back. One person made this negative review positive and that’s why I give you 4 stars. Also sorry to Melinda because of her coworkers actions a huge line was formed which I’m sure she is still dealing with.”
