Really needed more help on the counter.
Associate was friendly and helpful, but was restricted by cooperate policies. We’ve had several problems with Spectrum.
Out of frustration, we drove to the nearest store for help…. Should have stayed home.

The store was terrible but it's in rumford so that pretty much makes it the best place on earth
