Horrible company with the worst automated service imaginable. This store is a joke, they don't even accept cash payments. They hook you up with phones that are outrageously priced, continuously downloaded post-loaded gambling apps and other trash like candy crush filling up your hard drive. They will even send push notifications if you have too many of your own files on there so they can get you to delete them in order to make room for more postload trash apps on a regular basis. The insurance they offer is a scam, you end up paying for the entire phone cost if anything happens and then some. I could really go on and on. Terrible, apathetic staff, of stuck up snobs.

I've been a US Cellular customer for 20 years. Recently, I cancelled their service due to rising costs. I cancelled on 3/1/22 and my cycle ended on 2/28, so, the next day. I ended up hating Pure Talk due to signal problems in my home location, so I went back to US Cellular two weeks later, enrolling in a prepaid plan to save $20/month. I prepaid for the account at the store in Mexico. (The store is great!) However, the corporate people are not. By mistake I paid the old closed account online, thinking it was my new prepaid account. When I discovered the mistake (I paid for the whole month of March) I called and was told that a refund would be issued once they processed the March bills. I called today to see about the refund, and was told that they don't prorate refunds for cancellations. SO they are keeping my $100 for one day of service. The supervisor I spoke with was so rude and stupid, I ended up hanging up on him. I will switch to Verizon now, hopefully they have better policies and nicer employees.

I'm not rating the store but the company! I was roaming on US Cellular, and they were causing my phone to shut down randomly and then blocking my 800 calls, and blocking my internet access. I complained to an executive VP, and his only answer was to ask me if I wanted to be a customer! So I complained to the FCC. Then they sent a wiping program to my phone to erase the programming! These guys are the cell phone company mafia!

Good staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Good selection of up to date phones and accessories. Sometimes...a wait because there's usually only 1 or 2 staff there, often plans take a while per customer.

A two-hour wait? I'm patient but not THAT patient. Four people walked out, annoyed, before I finally left. I will be switching carriers). From what I observed while waiting, staff were nice but extremely inefficient.
