Security is very close to nonexistent. Is fenced without barbed wire and half the time the gate is left open. You might notice there aren’t many motor homes parked there anymore. That because about 6 months ago, every motor home stored there had their catalytic converters stolen. Mine was one of them and other than a call the day they were stolen for me to go down and see the State Police there, I’ve never received another call. Another RV owner told me there was someone living inside the gates for a time with managements knowledge, but don’t know if that’s true. Would not recommend for storing vehicles.

Good place for storage but not open at night so cant get to your stuff is the only bad thing.

This is a great place to have storage. Yes the gate was down but when i called location the manger did explain to me when we lost power the gate does stop working. so she came right over and opened the side gate so i could get to my unit. If there is any problems Devin and her staff do what ever it takes to solve the problem!!!!!!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

It was great when it was Apple Community, now it's a Uhaul. No on-site staff, the second gate is wide open as I speak while nobodies here, yet I'm paying for key pad entry security. Last week the online payment processing system was down.For 2 years I've been complaining that the rear of my unit was damaged (presumably a snow plow) to empty promises. So I'm paying good money for an insecure damaged unit that isn't manned.

Old Town staff great, check in at the gate was fine, locker smaller than advertised. Sold as 10x10, actual 10x9’2”. Overall good experience.

Old town office awesome ppl help u in any way they can! Now u-hual it self mix feelings went to New Hampshire an going to pick u a trailer an it was going to b 500 to drop off n old town an when I made the reservation I didn’t say anywhere about that! But old town office made it rite as much as they could!
