The ladies working here are miserable. Hours are inconsistent. Over-all terrible service. It's an awful cushy federal job for someone who makes up their own hours with no regard for working people. To the plump lady - get some therapy. It's no one else's fault you're unhappy.

Well I walked into the post office to look for mail that was sent out on the 13th of last month, and the older women behind the desk , just rudely interrupted my spouse who is also having issuing with having his mail withheld at this Facility, she had a bad attitude every previous phone call we've made to this post office and just NOW @8:45am on 7/2 screamed and cussed at us and threw us out threatening to call the cops cause she has our name and address which WE provided! This is not the way to behave in a professional atmosphere. Very disappointed considering I tried on multiple occasions to Deescalate her childish behavior and stay on topic of coming to a resolution... I hope they figure themselves out.

I can't access my PO box 24/7. Normal mailboxes don't work this way. I can't access important packages until I can find time in my schedule to stop by?

I am highly upset I live in Milford and unfortunately I do not have a mailbox which is not personally my fault. I had a package which was supposed to be FedEx on it's way to my home. The person selling the item ended up using USPS instead (side note seller does not deliver to Po Boxs) anyways, I went to pick up my package the next morning at the Milford post office12/29 @ 11am where I was met with a woman named Lisa Dillon who was very rude and completely embarrassed me in front of another customer. She went on to say that they are not a storage facility and that my landlord needs to put in a mail box and that it's not her problem she hasn't. I explained my situation and she proceeded to argue with me and absolutely make me feel worthless and like a horrible person for them holding my package there for 20 hours it legit got there yesterday afternoon and I wasn't able to get off in work in time. Her attitude was nasty and condensending and to argue with me in front of people is wrong I had to stop her and tell her I wasn't going to argue with her so could help the person standing behind me. I am going to be filing a complaint with USPS as that's not acceptable.

Horrible hours and terrible staff. Cannot get mail since I have a job. Box has gotten locked now since I could not show proof of residency.

Hours are really poor. Closed daily from 12pm to 2pm. Staff is not very helpful in most cases and packages that are marked delivered by their tracking number almost always take an extra day to end up in your mailbox. On more than one occasion I have had my free mailbox locked on me because the renewal paperwork was "lost or not returned".

Hours are ridiculous for someone with a typical full time day job. The office isn’t open 12-2pm each day so picking up a package during lunch time is impossible. This leaves a small window once a week to get packages so hopefully you’re not busy Saturday morning or wait another week. They refuse to deliver on one street so those property owners have no choice but to get a post office box. Employees are rude, have been caught lying, and they aren’t trained so can’t answer questions. Extremely disappointing to see similar reviews from 1+ years ago. Reflects how the USPS cares.
