A great place to stop by before or after hiking Mount Katahdin.I charged my EV with their charger on my way to a campsite after having a great day at Baxter State Park. Thank you.It was late afternoon, so the HQ was closed. I had a nice meal at a nearby restaurant while my car was charged.

The Park is a large public trust donated for the benefit of the people of Maine by former Governor Percival Baxter.
The Park is self-funded and predates the Maine state park system.
Reservations for camping in Baxter State Park can be made 4 months in advance of your desired camping date by phone, by mail, and online (for some sites). Reservations for day use parking at Katahdin trailheads can be made beginning April 1 for Maine residents, and two weeks prior to a non-Maine resident's hike.
