Pamola Motor Lodge offers a cozy and clean place to stay in Millinocket. Although the rooms are a bit dated, they are very clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and basic amenities such as a hair dryer, shampoo, soap, microwave, small fridge, and TV. Each room has both inside and outside access, with some upstairs rooms featuring a balcony. The lodge is known for its friendly and helpful staff, including owners and employees who go out of their way to assist guests, even arriving late at night to accommodate late arrivals. Guests appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the personal service, with some noting that the staff made their stay very comfortable. The lodge is attached to Highlands Tavern, a clean and beautiful bar with hardwood walls, tile floors, a jukebox, and well-maintained pool tables, where staff are friendly and engaging. The Chinese restaurant next door is convenient, and some guests enjoyed ordering online for pickup. Notably, the lodge is pet-friendly, allowing guests to bring their parrots, which many found very helpful. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, especially in the fall when the leaves change color, providing breathtaking views. Overall, Pamola Motor Lodge is a reasonable, quiet, and cozy place to stay, especially for those seeking friendly service and a straightforward experience in Millinocket.
Very affordable , they are currently renovating rooms , very clean. Great location to stay for riding snowmobiles, there is a trail from the motel to the main trails! Great Chinese food from the restaurant and we had a blast playing pool and listening to live music at the Highlands Tavern!

We stayed at this hotel for the Millinocket marathon. The location was very convenient and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were a bit dated but pretty clean. I just wish the rooms had a coffee maker!

Ajay at the front desk was friendly and helpful during check-in. He made the process quick and easy, gave some local recommendations, and was patient even when we had a few questions about the area. Definitely a positive part of the experience.
