The process you have to go through to even get a quote is absurd!! I got a quote of 258 dollars! They are in the same town my car was in AND it was only going to a different address in the same town! The customer service people are hard to understand.

I was desperately trying to find anyone who could help me get a car towed to get the battery looked at. Despite being far away from my town Fat Boys Auto Repair and Towing came out and not only helped me get my car towed to a repair shop, but walked me through the process on how my insurance would cover the cost. Shout out to my driver for his professionalism and explaining what exactly was causing my car trouble.Service: Car towing

Fat Boys Auto Repair and Towing is awesome!!! Their tow drivers extremely experienced, professional and efficient. He arrived in a timely fashion and took extra care in making sure not too damage my old school vehicle. Stay away from this shop. Shady operation. Bob lowe is a scam artist. He makes his money buying junk cars and scrapping them, but first trying to sell those cars as " road ready needing nothing" I bought a vehicle from him and later found out the inspection sticker on it was supposed to be on a different car! It had been peeled off and put on the one he sold me. I wouldnt trust this guy or this shop to change the oil in my lawn mower.
