Asked them to do spark plugs due to misfire, brought to another shop a month later because my truck was still misfiring and skipping other shop claims the cylinder five spark plug was the original and has never been changed. This being said genes did not do the work that was asked of them and still charged me $200

I rented a uhaul trailer, they were fantastic, they hooked it up for me and made everything was in working order. I highly recommend renting from them.

Will go back to dealership and spend the extra money. Only because I know the customer service is better. Whomever answers the phones is extremely rude and they were closed before their business hours that were listed. Only good thing is the reasonable prices. Nobody spoke to me about what they did to my vehicle. Left invoice in vehicle and called a week or so later for me to pay it......terrible service.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I needed to get my brakes fixed very badly on Memorial Day. My garage was booking out until June 10th and everyone was closed on Memorial Day. Gene's Auto was the only garage willing to get my car in that day and it only took a few hours for them to fix my brakes and I had my car back! He was a true hero for doing this for me, I will now always take my car to Gene's Auto! Prices were affordable as well.
