Everybody working there is very nice but the hours are ridiculous. The whole building locks down so you can't even check your mailbox. Just ridiculous.

I mailed and re-mailed, an envelope to MDI - twice it was returned as "undeliverable as addressed". Seriously, was it really that difficult to read the popular road name, written in cursive? I have re-mailed the envelope again with street name printed above cursive writing. Third times the charm!?

Larry and the other folks who work here are unfailingly helpful and pleasant. The negative reviews are a complete mystery to me, and must reflect the attitude of the writers, not the attributes of the post office.

I’m a pretty loyal customer. I won’t be back to this post office again. The lady wouldn’t let me buy stamps and said I had to buy a whole book. For some reason she put drug free stamps on my Christmas cards!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The customer service is horrendous and everyone is passive aggressive if you have a simple question. Not to mention they are fighting with each other in the presence of customers. I will never step foot into this place again. Thanks for nothing.

These folks rarely attempt to deliver parcels- if something needs a signature, they will leave a slip that says they attempted to deliver- but actually didn't even bother. I have tried to sign the slip and set up redelivery, and never saw any package or second redelivery slip. I can only assume they sent back the package or threw it away. This means you have to drive to the PO, which is about 30 miles there and back if you want to get a package addressed to you that is either in need of a signature or too large for the mailbox. TOTAL lack of service.
