My 10x30 unit is fairly priced for the size and its a dry unit with no mold issues whatsoever for over 2 years now!
Highly recommend over any other storage units I've ever used.

I like that KO Storage keeps me up to date with any changes that are occurring well in advance, such as price changes, access problems, like repairs to the roadways, etc.i feel that they are concerned about the safety of my property. I have zero complaints about this business. I would have given a 5 star rating except for the fact that a recent price increase is more than I can afford.

The road that my storage unit is on was flooded the whole time I was moving my things. I soaked my feet because the water was so deep. Very disappointed about that, and then I just learned that the price has increased alot!
