unfortunately we had to use the services of Naples veterinary clinic for the euthanasia of our family cat. They were very compassionate and caring at this sad time. We were not rushed and not asked for money at time of service. We could not have asked for better care for our kitty at the end of her long life. They gave her a peaceful transition across the rainbow bridge. We would highly recommend Naples Veterinary Clinic and thank them very much.

If I could give them negative stars I would.. brought my 10 week old kitten in for a check up and was disappointed in the lack of attention, compassion, and over all level of care he received. When the appointment first started things were okay, the nurse went to get the doctor and pretty much crushed my kitten with her leg into the door (my first red flag, considering I told her minutes before opening the door that I was going to grab him so he didn’t run out), came back with the doctor and proceeded to manhandle my 2 pound cat to give him a shot. Then directly after, shoved him into his carrier… was asked if I wanted to have them do his Leukemia shot and when I declined, the doctor berated me that it was needed (looked it up and it isn’t ,plus he’s an indoor cat). After this the entire appointment felt like they were trying to get more money out of me, told them I had given him deworming medication which was met with being told it wasn’t good enough, and just because I wasn’t seeing worms didn’t mean he didn’t have them still and proceeded to give him more worming medication which was also done aggressively and he was again shoved into his carrier with some medication left on his mouth (which won’t come off now). To say I will be back is laughable, not once was he seriously looked at. No temp taken, they didn’t listen to his heart beat or lungs just 20 minutes of getting manhandled, shoved in his carrier, and crushed in a door all for $140. If your looking for an amazing vet bring your animals to GNG vet hospital in Gray, you won’t be disappointed or have anything close to this experience.

I definitely won’t be bringing any of my animals here anymore. My dog had been suffering extreme hair loss, lethargy & joint pain. They claimed it was old age & she had beginning signs of arthritis. Brought her back for the same issues again & this time they did blood work.. she came back with a tick disease.. but they never offered a treatment plan or medications to get her on. I even brought her back for an 3rd visit after the blood work was done & they STILL didn’t offer a plan. Eventually my dog got so sick she couldn’t move at all, wasn’t eating or drinking and had a fever. I ended up taking her to a different vet who got her antibiotics right away & I walked out of there for a $100! Two weeks later she was right back to herself. I can never leave Naples vet without a $300 bill. Personally I feel they don’t care about your pets health at all and look at all their customers with dollar signs. Shame on them for being neglectful to my dog who could have died. I will NEVER be back & I recommend if you love your pets DONT BRING THEM HERE.

The vet was very tender while reporting his diagnosis. Thank you all.

This is a lovely place to bring your fur babies. It's never fun when your babies need medical care but when they do or even when it's time for their annual check ups and shots, you want to know the people working with them are going to be kind, gentle, and patient with them. This is the place. The Staff in general all treat the fury kids lovingly and like kids. I was so relieved watching them work with both of my dogs and watching my dogs responses to them. Thank you guys for being so wonderful with our pups.
