“Dana is the best! I called and left a message about my weird little repair needed and frankly didn't expect a call back, wrong! He called me back in about 10 mins and I drove over and showed him what needed to be done, the repair of a tow behind tube for the lake. A total PITA job. He said he would try and to give him a week. I checked back and he had fixed the problem, it took him three times longer than he thought, that said, he stuck with his quote, honorable man and excellent craftsman. My only regret...... “From the first day i called to inquire about needing my vehical fixted the customer service has been excellent. I was listened to and had everyone question answered very honestly. To add i was very pleased with how prompt they were able to get my vehical in to be fixted. I Was able to pick up rental car from the shop for convenience. Upon pick up, my vehicle was nicely cleaned up. It had been washed, vaccumed and wiped down in the inside which had been needed. I was not exspecting that to be done, what a pleasent surprise! It looked like a brand new vehical bringing it home! Thank you!”

“Countryside Auto Body did a fantastic job on my 12+ year old car. The driver side rocker panel was rusted through. Which would have failed state inspection. They replaced it in 4 days and did a great job of it. They also fixed the passenger side panel and did the state inspection too (extra bonus). Obviously, people know about the shop too and the quality work they do as I had quite a wait to get my car in for the repairs, and the parking lot is crowded with vehicles (finished and waiting). They know their business and do an outstanding job. I couldn't be more impressed.”
