Raised rates three times to over $220 originally it $160. New storage unit built down the street a year ago and I think they lost customers maybe and lowered their rates . They kept current customers at the higher rates and the only way they found out about rate decrease is by going online and seeing their rates. They've been over charging loyal customers . This feels like theft!! I was told if I wanted the lower rates I would have to move my stuff out and rent another unit the same size next to mine and pay a admin fee again. I have spoken to a lawyer concerning this and he's looking into the signed agreement because he doesn't think this is legal. I'm not renting from this company again..for them to make you move your stuff out and move back in just to get current rate feels so wrong. I'm all done I found another unit for close to half what I'm paying here. I'll update once lawyer confirms if what they did is illegal or not. Current customers should look at current rates and see if they bring charged $80-120 more than they should be. Raising rates then lowering them but keeping current customers at higher rates should be illegal and I'm not talking about the promo 1/2 price for first two months!! I'm talking about the reg monthly rates!!!

APS was very easy and efficient. I was moving from VA to ME and called around and talked to Tina. She helped me out over the phone to get the correct storage unit for me and also assisted me on information of the area. They are very helpful and professional.
