I had a fabulous and smooth experience using New Gloucester Self Storage. The folks who own it are very quick to respond and the move in move out process was easy. They’ve also just added a brand new building and paved the entire lot. My storage unit felt free from moisture and mold and I’m grateful!

Unit became infested with mice. They make you take out insurance but asked for photos after I already tossed everything so make sure your fabrics are in sealed container and might want to bring mouse traps

Impossible to contact. Moved out & notified company prior to June. Did receive a call promising a refund & discontinuation of automatic charges (I have that message saved). I have subsequently been charged for July, August, September & now October. I have disputed all charges with my bank & notified the company multiple times. Beware, if you don't want to be charged forever for a service you aren't receiving...

Very disappointed locks on lockers that should not been locked by the owner owner said he would be there to remove the lock earlier that week on a Monday we went on Saturday to help the owner of the storage units move her belongings and padlock was still on it so we had to call the owner of the facility and have him come but we had to wait 20 to 30 minutes or more
