“Late on a Sunday morning in March my Toyota Highlander decided to just quit as my son, dog, and I were driving home from Sugarloaf on 27. I had my car towed to Poulin’s unannounced. I called Rick first thing Monday morning, he had my car diagnosed (new alternator needed) by Tuesday, and it was finished Wednesday. Rick explained everything thoroughly, apologized for the price (which was extremely reasonable!!), and was overall just a nice guy. And of course he fixed my car properly! It was very much appreciated that I dropped my car with no warning, and he fit me in so I could pick it up the next weekend on my way back to SL. I highly recommend Poulin’s!”
